Main Round opens with three thrilling games

Every afternoon the European Handball Federation publishes a brief summary of the stories that have gone online on the EHF EURO 2012's dedicated website ehf-euro.com. This is the summary from the past 24 hours.

The 2012 Women's EHF European Championship in Serbia (4 to 16 December) is well underway, and as the tournament progresses, the number of stories on the host nation and the 16 participating teams steadily increases.

First coaches awarded with EHF PRO licence
The first 20 handball coaches were awarded with an EHF Pro Licence on the closing day of the 2012 EHF 'RINCK' Convention Open Master Coach and Licencing course in Belgrade on Sunday. Click here.

Spain ready to give it all they have
Spain started their Main Round campaign at EHF EURO 2012 with a 26:31 loss against Romania which sees the 2012 Olympic bronze medallists on two points whereas Romania have improved their chances to reach the semi-finals in Belgrade as they are now on three points.
